  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience
    (5+ years)
    in IT management roles, with a focus on enterprise-level infrastructure and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of
    IT systems, networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience in
    supervising and motivating a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day IT functions, including help desk support, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Supervise and mentor IT staff, develop their skills, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security measures to ensure data integrity and network availability.
  • Support system upgrades, installations, and conversions, and assist in maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Help with the IT budget, manage vendor renewals, and coordinate vendor services for maintenance and support.
  • Work with other departments to identify their IT needs and provide technical support.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports for senior management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users, and liaise with vendors to resolve complex technical problems
