Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Service Desk position located in Quezon City. The Service Desk role involves providing technical support for IT-related issues, managing incident resolution, and assisting users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network concerns. The role also includes monitoring and maintaining IT systems while delivering excellent customer service to fulfill user needs and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology practices
  • Capabilities in Troubleshooting and IT Service Management
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address user inquiries effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an IT service environment
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and prior technical support experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus
