Non Negotiable:

  • 3 years of experience in handling PeopleSoft System Admin tasks like PeopleTools, App engine, SQL Server, Oracle DB, Integration Broker, etc.
  • 3-5 yrs experience in PS HCM, supported PeopleTools 8.53, knowledgeable in Oracle 12c or higher DB
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate across various groups
  • Willing to go on shifting (including holiday, weekend, night shift, oncall)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and upgrade PeopleTools, migration of PS Dev objects and codes, provide support on prod and non-prod environments, and other PS Sysad tasks
  • Work closely and effectively with other team members, including infra, dev, support, project management, database admins, internal business clients and Oracle.
  • Troubleshoot reported environment related issues with prod and non-prod environments
