Main objectives/context\:

Infrastructure DBA, responsible for operational support of CWT Oracle Databases

Main responsibilities & duties\:
 

This position will be as part of an L2 DBA team, with responsibilities including:

  •   Oracle database installation, configuration, maintenance
  •   Incident response (24x7 shift pattern)
  •   Troubleshooting infrastructure issues
  •   Participate in root cause analysis
  •   Application change/service request handling
  •   Pro-Active database monitoring
  •   Producing infrastructure documentation/Standard Operating Procedures
  •   Read, write and test complex SQL statements
  •   Must have clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel in different units
  •   Must have good interpersonal skills
