Job Title: Oracle CC&B Developer / Integration Specialist Location: Remote/Hybrid BGC, Taguig City, Philippines Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle CC&B Developer to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system, including integrations with external and edge systems. This role plays a critical part in delivering innovative utility solutions and leading mid-sized initiatives in the customer service domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and enhance the existing Oracle CC&B system.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between edge systems and Oracle CC&B using APIs, web services, and messaging queues.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience teams and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
  • Define and apply best practices to ensure CC&B solution alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop new integrations between CC&B and external vendor systems as needed.
  • Conduct research and propose new technologies to improve application performance and system efficiency.
  • Support end-to-end integration and system testing with edge systems.
  • Lead medium-scale customer service-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the utility industry, including at least 4 years in CC&B system development.
  • Alternatively, a total of 9 years of directly related experience in the absence of a bachelor's degree.
  • Proven successful implementation of at least one Oracle CC&B system.
  • Certification as an Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Implementation Specialist is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle CC&B, including all modules and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • In-depth understanding of the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle.
  • Experience integrating CC&B with systems such as utility websites, MDM, AMI, IVR, and payment gateways.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis within the CC&B schema.
