Job Responsibilities:
- Cook and prepare food in accordance with international standard of quality, taste and presentation.
- Study required recipes for production
- Cook and prepare food based on requirements of the company.
- Follow the ServeSafe international food safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen tools and equipments.
- Prepare stock request, par stocking and inventories needed for production.
- Work and respect all the team members.
- Maintain daily logbooks.
- Prepare food costing.
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Attend weekly kitchen meeting or other required company meetings.
- Prepares Market Order List
- Knowlegeable in Cold or Hot Station
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Culinary Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree Culinary or Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in any location Paranaque, Pasig, Taguig
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have good positive and cheerful attitude.
- Must be willing to train.
- Must have patience.
- Must be hardworking.
- Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees.
