About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Workers to provide quality care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. Whether assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, or providing skilled nursing care, you play an essential role in promoting comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered consistently and respectfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, conditions, and progress.
  • Support medication reminders or administration as permitted by certification level.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in patients' conditions to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant certification or license, such as:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN)
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required depending on the role).
  • Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in home care, nursing facilities, or hospital settings.
  • Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices.
  • Flexibility with shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
