JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage F&B and day-to-day operations within the company's guidelines and to the highest standards.

  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.

  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.

  • Lead F&B team by recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.

  • Responsible in setting the department's work schedule.

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.

  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • A graduate of BSHRM, Business Administration or same field.

  • Solid experience in F&B operation taken from the same industry

  • Proficient in MS office, and POS.

  • Great customer service skills and good time management skills.

  • Good understanding on financial implications and budgeting.

  • Effective interpersonal skills and goal-driven.

  • Calm, efficient and has the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Must have an effective organizational skills.

  • Willing to work on extended and/or different duty hours.

  • Excellent leadership skills.

  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.

  • Up-to-date with food and beverages and trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php28,000.00 per month
