Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate; Senior High School or College Level is an advantage.
  • Preferably with relevant merchandising experience; willing to be trained if none.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and movement.
  • Knowledgeable in basic inventory procedures.
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to different stores/locations as needed.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and able to follow company policies and procedures.

Job Description

  • Ensures timely replenishment of stocks in all assigned stores.
  • Maintains accurate, orderly, and visually appealing product displays in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinates with store personnel regarding stock levels, delivery concerns, and display arrangements.
  • Monitors and reports inventory levels, including low stocks, out-of-stock items, and fast-moving products.
  • Assists in product promotions and ensures visibility of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Conducts regular checking of product expiration dates and ensures removal of expired or damaged items.
  • Performs scheduled roving assignments across various locations.
  • Prepares and submits daily or weekly reports accurately and on time.
  • Ensures proper handling and safeguarding of company products and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
