What you'll do Handle invoice printing, administrative work, and delivery of hard copies to local and international customers and partners. Monitor and resolve digital invoice and attachment issues. Support and follow up on edoc-cockpit error reports via email and documentation.

Dispatch FinDirect tickets and provide first-level support. Assist in correcting tax-related billing issues. Monitor and send weekly updates on pending rejected CMS cases to stakeholders.

Verify the validity of billable items and issue invoices. Support cleanup activities, execute mass transactions, and perform administrative tasks. What you bring 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Extremely detail-oriented, solution-focused, organized, and capable of diligent follow-up.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve problems independently. Strong work ethic and professionalism. Bring out your best SAP's innovations help over four hundred thousand customers worldwide work more efficiently and leverage business insights effectively.
