What You'll Do

• Handles invoice printing, admin-related works, and hard copy delivery to local and international customers/partners
• Monitors and fixes digital invoice and attachment issues
• Monitors and supports edoc-cockpit error report and follow up on necessary emails and documents
• Dispatch FinDirect tickets and provide the first level of support
• Supports correction of tax-related billing issues
• Monitors and sends the pending list of rejected CMS cases to stakeholders on a weekly basis
• Checks validity of billable items and issues invoices
• Provide support on clean-up activity, mass transactional executions, and administrative-related tasks.

What You Bring

• Business education (preferred)
• With 1-2 years of work experience are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Extremely detail-oriented, solution-focused, organized, and with strong follow-up skills
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems with little direct supervision
• Strong work ethics
