Finance Support O2I APAC Region (Temporary Non Headcount) - PH

What you'll do

  • Handle invoice printing, administrative work, and delivery of hard copies to local and international customers and partners.
  • Monitor and resolve digital invoice and attachment issues.
  • Support and follow up on edoc-cockpit error reports via email and documentation.
  • Dispatch FinDirect tickets and provide first-level support.
  • Assist in correcting tax-related billing issues.
  • Monitor and send weekly updates on pending rejected CMS cases to stakeholders.
  • Verify the validity of billable items and issue invoices.
  • Support cleanup activities, execute mass transactions, and perform administrative tasks.

What you bring

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, solution-focused, organized, and capable of diligent follow-up.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve problems independently.
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism.
