Finance Support O2I APAC Region (Temporary Non Headcount) - PH

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to support our O2I APAC Region team on a temporary non-headcount basis.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience and excellent communication skills in English. They will be responsible for handling invoice printing, admin-related works, and hard copy delivery to local and international customers/partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handles invoice printing, admin-related works, and hard copy delivery to local and international customers/partners
  • Monitors and fixes digital invoice and attachment issues
  • Monitors and supports edoc-cockpit error report and follow up on necessary emails and documents
  • Dispatch FinDirect tickets and provide the first level of support
  • Supports correction of tax-related billing issues
  • Monitors and sends the pending list of rejected CMS cases to stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Checks validity of billable items and issues invoices

As a member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Extremely detail-oriented, solution-focused, organized, and with strong follow-up skills
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems with little direct supervision
