Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant (Premium Role – Remote, Philippines)

We are U.S based healthcare revenue management company that supports doctors and clinics with billing, compliance, and growth strategies. We're growing, and we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage our digital presence and client communications.
This is a premium long-term role is ideal for someone who has proven experience supporting executives, managing social media accounts, and driving marketing results.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and post content on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
- Proactively initiate and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to grow engagement
- Review and organize emails, highlight priority messages, and draft responses for approval
- Handle new client inquiries and respond to general inquiries from our info inbox
- Coordinate with designers and web developers on marketing projects
- Prepare and send monthly or bi-monthly newsletters to prospects and clients
- Monitor marketing calendars and content schedules, making sure deadlines are met
- Suggest and implement creative ideas to grow leads and brand visibility
What We're Looking For
- Based in the Philippines (remote, full-time)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, social media, or executive assistance (must show examples)
- Must provide portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, content calendars, or marketing materials you've created
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Canva, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Canva, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) - must demonstrate hands-on experience
- Must be able to work with significant overlap in U.S. Eastern Time (at least 6 hours/day) to handle calls and real-time communication
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven (not someone who waits to be told what to do)
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
- Experience working with U.S. clients
- Knowledge of SEO, copywriting, or lead generation
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: ₱34,000 – ₱50,000 PHP per month (depending on skills & experience)
