We are looking for a Leasing Associate who is confident, people-oriented, and driven to achieve results. The role involves assisting in the promotion and leasing of office spaces, engaging with clients across different levels, and using both traditional and digital marketing strategies to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Leasing Manager in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with potential tenants.
  • Coordinate the preparation, renewal, and monitoring of lease contracts and related documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Promote and lease available office spaces through social media marketing, networking, and direct sales.
  • Communicate and coordinate with potential and existing tenants, brokers, and business partners.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and other related documents.
  • Maintain updated tenant information and assist in preparing leasing reports.
  • Support the Leasing Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact with clients at all levels.
  • Proficient in social media marketing and traditional sales approaches.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Working Schedule

Monday-Saturday 8am to 5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
