Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Associate, located in the Pasay City. Leasing Associate will be responsible for conducting property tours, managing lease applications, coordinating lease renewals, and handling tenant inquiries. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate lease records and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations. Additionally, the Leasing Associate will assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and enhance tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Commercial Leasing and Lease Administration skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with Leases and lease management systems
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus

Working Schedule:

Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
