Job Details:


• Position: Service Crew


• Location: #22 F. Dela Rosa Cor. Esteban Abada, Crowne One Condominium, Barangay Loyola Heights, Quezon City

  • Shift will be from 2-10pm from Monday - Saturday

We're looking for reliable and dedicated staff who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is a plus, but we're open to anyone willing to learn and help bring delicious tacos to our customers

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service

  2. Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.

  3. Answer questions, suggest menu items, and provide excellent service from start to finish.

  4. Ensure every customer leaves happy and satisfied with their Takaw experience.

  5. Order Taking & POS

  6. Accurately take orders and input them into the POS system.

  7. Handle cash, card, and QR payments with speed and accuracy.

  8. Issue receipts and provide correct change when necessary.

  9. Food Preparation & Assembly

  10. Cook and prepare meats according to recipe standards.

  11. Press tortillas, assemble tacos efficiently, and ensure quality and consistency.

  12. Follow hygiene and food safety protocols during preparation and service.

  13. Ingredient Preparation

  14. Assist with chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats.

  15. Monitor ingredient levels and inform the team when restocking is needed.

  16. Follow proper storage and labeling procedures.

  17. Cleanliness & Sanitation

  18. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.

  19. Sanitize surfaces, tools, and cooking equipment regularly.

  20. Dispose of waste properly and help with end-of-day cleaning tasks.

  21. Team Collaboration

  22. Support fellow crew members during busy hours.

  23. Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

  24. Uphold Takaw's values of teamwork, respect, and excellence.

  25. Uniform & Presentation

  26. Follow grooming and uniform guidelines at all times.

  27. Represent the Takaw brand with pride, professionalism, and positive energy.

  28. Other Duties

  29. Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Shift Leader or Manager.

  30. Be open to learning and growing within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Able to commute reliably to Katipunan, Quezon City.
  • Friendly, trustworthy, and proactive.
  • Customer-focused with a can-do attitude.
  • Physically able to handle standing and light lifting during shifts.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required—we offer paid training.
