Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu inquiries.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Order Processing:
  • Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
  • Double-check orders for accuracy before serving them to customers.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to manage peak dining periods effectively.
  • Food and Beverage Service:
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that food presentation meets quality standards.
  • Refill drinks and attend to customer needs during their dining experience.
  • Monitor and anticipate customer needs to provide proactive service.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene:
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in dining areas, including tables and chairs.
  • Clean and sanitize utensils, dishes, and serving areas regularly.
  • Monitor and restock condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, other service crew members, and management.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in training new service crew members when necessary.
  • Cash Handling:
  • Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Handle cash and provide change to customers.
  • Ensure the security of cash and follow established cash-handling procedures.
  • Upselling and Promotion:
  • Promote special offers, promotions, and upselling opportunities to customers.
  • Encourage participation in loyalty programs or surveys.

Minimum Qualification:

-With experience in a fine dining operations

-Customer service oriented (likes to interact with people)

-Willing to train in any brand

-Near the area

-With experience in Cashiering and Bartending is a PLUS

-Can start ASAP

-With a sense of responsibility

-Has the abiliity to work under pressure

-punctual, honesty, and flexible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,070.00 per month
