Reports to: Accounting Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or inventory management.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of BIR tax compliance and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Inventory Tracking of Inbound and Outbound Stocks:
- Manage the weekly tracking of all inbound and outbound stock movements for Luzon outlets to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
- Track and document the status of phase-out models within Luzon outlets to ensure proper stock management.
- Close Inventory Loop (Sold vs. Actual Inventory) at Outlet Level:
- Reconcile and close the inventory loop by ensuring that the sold inventory aligns with the actual inventory available at the outlet level.
- Investigate any discrepancies and report them to the management.
- Monitor Accounts Receivables
- Properly record all receivables in the company accounting software.
- Monitor all accounts receivables, generate A/R tracking reports (e.g. open invoices, overdue invoices) for company action.
- Reconcile payments to invoices – tracking BIR Form 2307 submissions, customer deductions, etc.
- Manage preparation of Journal Voucher
- To close the outstanding balances of Receipt Vouchers (e.g. deduction payments to retail outlets) and Payment Voucher (e.g. excess fund from the advances)
· Monitor Service Income – track and reconcile invoices vs bank records
· AR Aging
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and submit aging reports..
· Online Marketplace Finance Monitoring
- Perform reconciliation of invoices and payments from Online Marketplaces (e.g. Lazada and Shopee), and prepare payout summaries.
