Job description:

Reports to: Accounting Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or inventory management.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of BIR tax compliance and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Inventory Tracking of Inbound and Outbound Stocks:
  • Manage the weekly tracking of all inbound and outbound stock movements for Luzon outlets to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
  • Track and document the status of phase-out models within Luzon outlets to ensure proper stock management.
  • Close Inventory Loop (Sold vs. Actual Inventory) at Outlet Level:
  • Reconcile and close the inventory loop by ensuring that the sold inventory aligns with the actual inventory available at the outlet level.
  • Investigate any discrepancies and report them to the management.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivables
  • Properly record all receivables in the company accounting software.
  • Monitor all accounts receivables, generate A/R tracking reports (e.g. open invoices, overdue invoices) for company action.
  • Reconcile payments to invoices – tracking BIR Form 2307 submissions, customer deductions, etc.
  • Manage preparation of Journal Voucher
  • To close the outstanding balances of Receipt Vouchers (e.g. deduction payments to retail outlets) and Payment Voucher (e.g. excess fund from the advances)

· Monitor Service Income – track and reconcile invoices vs bank records

· AR Aging

  • Monitor accounts receivable balances and submit aging reports..

· Online Marketplace Finance Monitoring

  • Perform reconciliation of invoices and payments from Online Marketplaces (e.g. Lazada and Shopee), and prepare payout summaries.
