Job Summary:
The Sales Executive for Motorcycle Parts is responsible for selling motorcycle spare parts and accessories to walk-in customers, dealers, or corporate accounts. This role includes providing product advice, processing orders, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell motorcycle parts and accessories to customers in-store, online, or through field visits.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts or product solutions.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, shops, and dealers.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure product availability.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the latest parts, models, and compatibility specifications.
Keep track of sales, follow up with leads, and generate regular sales reports.
Support marketing initiatives such as promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle after-sales concerns professionally.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive/mechanics is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in motorcycle parts or the automotive industry.
Solid knowledge of motorcycle parts, brands, and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, inventory tools).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willing to travel locally for client visits (if applicable).
