· Conduct and execute inventory strategies and measures to ensure minimize stock holding and maximize stock system

· Control and monitor stock level, give forecast and plan deliver timetables to ensure that there is enough stock available to meet demands

· Maintain data and documents that details quantity specifications about products

· Control inventory stock counting and inventory accuracy check

· Compare actual stock inventory against inventory record to ensure that all counts are as accurate as possible

· Maintain updated files of inventory that is used or moved to avoid discrepancy as well as the receive returned products

· Create effective strategies to manage different products according to categories, labels, brands, etc.

· Arrange stocks in line with the stock location system for easy storage, retrieval and confirmation as well as ensuring physical protection of all products in the warehouse

· Assist in the off-loading and arrangement of products for easy identification

· Minimize overstocks and removal of phased out products to minimize availability of working capital

· Ensure that products is well organized and well controlled to efficiently support the needs of the department and other department requirements

· Oversee the ordering and packaging process and ensure arrival of deliveries to the respective customers

· Set standard on the quality of materials based on set measurement, weight, thickness, durability, resistance, absorption, coefficient on friction, etc. using variety of calibration tools, quality metrics or manual testing maybe in order to gauge satisfaction of management and clients requirements

· Test the samples to verify quality of product from manufacturer before the acceptance to comply with the set standard and regulated protocols

· Reject and return products that did not passed or failed the set quality standard

· Document and report inspection findings and suggest corrective actions to inspection findings

· Register and enter all information to keep and trace records

· Constantly review and check level of quality of products for better service assurance

· Keep updated with inventory program changes and improvements

· Entirely responsible in keeping the warehouse clean and products organized

· Perform other related task and duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

· College graduate

· With skills and ability on inventory management, documentation and records management, planning and organizing, mathematical ability and financial acumen

· With at least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management of products on the same industry

· With good judgement in modification and adaptation of set quality standards

· With effective and proficient verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposal

· Demonstrate personal attributes to confidentiality, standard of conduct, respect, flexibility, sensitivity and other related work ethic
