Job Summary:

Boon Pharma Corp. is looking for a highly analytical and meticulous Encoder to join our team. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our inventory data and ensuring our system records accurately match our physical stock. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in data analysis and problem-solving related to inventory variances.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • These responsibilities are focused on critical inventory and stock control functions:

  • Purchase Encoding: Ensure the accurate and timely encoding of all incoming stock and purchases based on official receiving reports and invoices.

  • Pre-Input Stock Analysis: Before inputting new data, analyze the existing stock history within the system to ensure the current base quantity is correct and transactions are justified.

  • Discrepancy Analysis: Immediately monitor and analyze the root cause of discrepancies (e.g., System vs. Actual count). Work to prevent encoding errors and uncover unaccounted variances.

  • Discrepancy Reporting: Promptly report all significant inventory variances and the results of the analysis to the Branch Manager or Pharmacist.

  • Expiry Monitoring: Monitor the expiration dates of all products and generate regular reports for items approaching their expiry date.

  • DR Verification (Actual vs. Document): Physically check and verify items listed on the Delivery Receipt (DR) prepared by the Merchandiser, comparing the actual physical stock against the documented quantity before release.

  • Provide general administrative and record-keeping support for smooth branch operations.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry, inventory recording, or a related administrative role is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are required.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate and resolve data variances.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with inventory management software is a significant plus.

· Preferably resident of Manila or nearby areas.
