The Sports Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that connect our brands with athletes, schools, sports organizations, and communities. This role combines strategic marketing, sports partnerships, and hands-on content creation, helping bring each brand's personality to life both online and on the field.

Sports Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Build partnerships with schools, sports clubs, and fitness communities to promote our brands.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, clinics, and tournaments (swimming, pickleball, outdoor events, etc.).
  • Work with coaches, PE teachers, and sports influencers for collaborative campaigns.
  • Represent our brands in events, expos, and sports festivals.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with each brand's identity and target audience.
  • Develop event-based marketing strategies to increase visibility and sales.

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Produce engaging photo and video content featuring athletes, gear usage, and lifestyle stories.
  • Manage or support social media accounts and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Work with the design team to create event materials, product visuals, and promotional content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.
  • Experience as a PE Teacher, Coach, or Instructor (swimming, pickleball, diving or related sport preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with experience in content creation and social media.
  • Willing to travel for events, promotions, and community activations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with sports brands or retail marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Canva, basic video editing, etc.).
  • Network within local sports communities, schools, or athletic organizations.
  • Basic photography or videography skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
