STAFF MANAGEMENT

• Hiring and Training: Recruit, interview, hire, and train all bar and floor staff, including bartenders, servers, and potentially billiard attendants.
• Scheduling: Create effective work schedules and manage shifts to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours, special events, and sports games.
• Leadership and Motivation: Lead by example, foster a positive work environment, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and handle any disciplinary actions or conflicts among staff.

OPERATIONS AND INVENTORY

• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels for beverages, food (if applicable), and bar supplies, placing orders and negotiating with suppliers to control costs and minimize waste.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local and national regulations regarding alcohol service, health codes, and safety standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Conflict Resolution: Promptly and professionally resolve customer complaints and diffuse any tense or difficult situations.
• Marketing and Events: Plan and execute promotional events, game-day specials, and potentially social media updates to attract and retain customers.

SPECIFIC BILLIARD/RECREATION

• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all billiard tables, cues, racks, and other related equipment to ensure they are in good condition for use.
• Facility Management: Ensure the billiard area is clean, well-lit, and safe for players, enforcing rules and safety guidelines.
• Activity Planning: Organize and run billiard tournaments, leagues, and other recreational events to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
• Equipment Rental/Sales: Manage the process for renting out cues.
• Customer Assistance: Assist customers with general rules of the games, help find available tables, and address any issues related to the equipment or playing area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
