Account Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage banquet accounts, generate new business, ensure client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through effective sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit and service banquet accounts, performing regular sales calls to potential and existing clients.
- Handle inquiries and reservations via phone, email, or in person; visit client sites for catering or events.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event order (BEO) forms for upcoming functions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all client requirements for events are met.
- Maintain and update knowledge of company facilities, services, and promotions to meet client needs.
- Pursue new sales prospects and develop long-term client relationships.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and provide feedback to management on client satisfaction and competitor activities.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring monthly marketing plans for the department.
- Attend to walk-in clients and process food orders received through phone or email.
- Follow up on inquiries, payments, job orders, purchases, and account receivables.
- Assist in training new personnel, particularly in banquet sales procedures.
- Document and handle minutes for monthly banquet communication meetings.
- Support day-to-day operations and address any issues in banquet sales and event execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- High self-confidence, persistence, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage large accounts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
