HR Client Partner

The HR Client Partner will act as the primary HR contact for our global clients who employ talent through our Employer of Record (EOR) services in the Philippines. This role connects internal HR operations with international clients, ensuring fast, accurate, and client-friendly communication on all HR-related matters. The HR Client Partner is part of the Client Services team and works closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams. The main objective is to deliver an excellent client experience by managing HR inquiries, clarifying policies, resolving issues, and guiding clients on best practices within Philippine employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on HR-related questions, including benefits, leave policies, HMO or insurance, employment terms, and Philippine labor requirements.
- Provide clear and professional explanations of HR policies and local employment standards in a way clients can easily understand.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal HR to gather accurate information and convert it into client-friendly guidance.
- Ensure client-requested updates, such as benefit changes, leave adjustments, or contract modifications, are properly documented and implemented.
- Track and manage open client requests to completion, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
- Work with Payroll and Compliance teams to ensure client expectations align with local regulations.
- Take ownership of client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Identify recurring client questions or issues and suggest process or communication improvements.
Qualifications
- Ideally experience in HR, Client Services, HR Business Partnering, or Customer Success; experience in a BPO, shared services, or EOR environment is a plus.
- This is also open to candidates without the above HR experience if they have strong customer service or client relationship skills and are interested in this area. However, having knowledge of HR practices, benefits, and labor laws would be a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain HR concepts to an international audience.
