Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Layout Artist / Print Production Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on preparing client artworks for print, ensuring proper file formatting, layout accuracy, and supporting the operation of digital and large format printers. The ideal candidate must be precise, organized, and familiar with print production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and adjust print-ready files based on client specifications
  • Ensure correct layout, bleed, color profile, and file format before printing
  • Operate digital and large format printers
  • Perform routine printer maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Communicate with the team regarding file issues or concerns
  • Assist in finishing tasks when needed (e.g., trimming, lamination)
  • Maintain file and print job records properly

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledgeable in layout preparation and file handling for printing
  • Basic understanding of color management, resolution, and file types
  • Familiarity with print production tools and equipment is a PLUS
  • Strong attention to detail and file accuracy
  • Can work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php800.00 per day
