The Graphic Artist is responsible for producing visually compelling designs that support the company's branding, marketing, and sales initiatives. This role requires creativity and attention to detail, especially in showcasing tile, slab, and mosaic products through digital and printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:1. Creative Design & Branding

  • Develop visual designs for marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, product boards, flyers, banners, and social media content.
  • Enhance the company's brand identity through consistent and high-quality graphics.
  • Create layout designs for tile and slab collections, highlighting patterns, textures, and application ideas.

2. Product & Marketing Visuals

  • Edit and retouch product photos (tiles, slabs, mosaics) for marketing and e-commerce use.
  • Create mockups, room layouts, and visual simulations to help customers visualize installations.
  • Design point-of-sale materials for showrooms and branch displays.

3. Digital Content Creation

  • Develop content for social media posts, online ads, website banners, and promotional campaigns.
  • Produce short product highlight videos or motion graphics (if required).

4. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and product development to align design outputs with campaigns.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for printing, color proofing, and material selection.

5. File Management & Production

  • Manage and organize artwork files, templates, and brand assets.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital distribution.
  • Ensure accurate color representation and high-resolution output for tile and slab textures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years experience as a Graphic Artist or Designer.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere or After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showing product-focused and creative design work.
  • Experience in the home furnishings, construction materials, or retail industry is an advantage.
