  • Must be imaginative, outgoing and a skilled artist whose main role is to formulate design concepts, visual communications, and presentation approaches. He/she is also in-charge of creating graphics or artwork (for example but not limited to concept boards, logos, art work, print layouts, packaging, storyboards, digital content, on-ground layouts) through visual recommendations (for example but not limited to illustrations, graphics, photographs, animation, videos).

  • This person must be able to work with all art, design, or production suppliers as he/she will need to oversee the development of productions or should attend shoots or editing to watch over any creative development (for example but not limited to production of materials for television, film, advertisements, on-ground events, digital, color grading of materials, reviewing of proofs)

  • Must be highly artistic: Must demonstrate his / her artistic abilities which clearly shows mastery of ideation and art
  • Must be creative: Need to be able to think outside the box to generate original ideas
  • Must have social perceptiveness: Can create art that is relevant and modern
  • Must be passionate: Need to exhibit enthusiasm for work and zealousness in tackling any assignment
  • Must be persuasive: Must also have good communication skills to be able to present or defend concepts or final layouts to clients for approval
