Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have a combination of technical skills, artistic ability, and attention to detail.
  • Graduate on Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of print production and digital output formats - Color modes (CMYK vs RGB), Bleeds, crop marks, and safe zones, file types and optimization (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD, etc.) file preparation for printers or digital platforms.
  • Excellent layout, typography, and composition skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented - spotting and correcting design inconsistencies or technical errors, ensuring all elements are pixel-perfect or print-ready.
  • Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role (e.g., final artist from Advertising agency or production house, graphic designer, or layout artist) is a plus.
  • Proven experience working on client deliverables, marketing materials, or campaigns.
  • Experience working with marketing, art directors, designers, and printers.
  • Good communication and ability to take feedback.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple files/projects.
  • Must be willing to work on-site (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), with work from home set up on Thursday and Friday.
