Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Manager to lead and support our team's day-to-day operations. This role involves overseeing performance, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily team operations, including resource planning and performance tracking.
  • Coach team members to close skill gaps and boost motivation.
  • Handle team career development, training, and attrition management.
  • Own and resolve user/customer escalations and client concerns.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to provide ongoing training and support.
  • Lead internal and external governance initiatives.
  • Monitor agent performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
  • Communicate process updates, targets, and team goals effectively.
