The ideal candidate will be expected to enhance productivity, manage resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Coach and develop team members.
  • Analyze operational reports and create action plans.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure training and goal attainment.
  • Manage activities to drive operational effectiveness.
