Position Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. This role ensures excellent customer experience from initial inquiry to the completion of the sales process while meeting assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, fieldwork, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations, unit demonstrations, and assist customers throughout the buying process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, proposals, and required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other departments to ensure smooth unit release and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard sales procedures.
  • Attend trainings, sales meetings, and marketing activities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Results-driven, confident, and able to work under pressure.
  • With valid driver's license and can drive manual/automatic transmission (advantage).
