Join a high-growth environment as a Sales Representative responsible for driving partner acquisition and boosting sales performance across your assigned territory. You'll build strong retailer relationships, deliver on-the-ground support through regular store visits, and execute training, incentives, and marketing initiatives to exceed sales and productivity targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets by improving partner productivity and increasing market presence.
  • Ensure continuity of sales performance among active merchants month over month.
  • Maintain strong, healthy partner relationships by addressing needs and resolving issues through the platform.
  • Conduct store visits to train sales teams, deploy marketing materials, and implement incentive campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to generate sales-boosting strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and activate new business partners.
  • Keep customer data updated and accurately record interactions and sales.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for management.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years' experience in customer service, software or mobile device sales, field sales, or telecommunications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and engage partner staff.
  • Results-driven, proactive, organised, and resilient.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities to manage performance across stores.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits; must have personal transportation (car or motorcycle).
