The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role oversees both the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team in meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for growth.

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, accounts, and distributors.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of promotions and client projects.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

  • Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and market analytics.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Willing to work on-site in Cainta, Rizal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
