Shared Services Department | Full-Time | Onsite

We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee performance and support organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of training experience in customer service or technical accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent BPO experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • L&D certification is an advantage.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding, pre-process, and skills training.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and HR to align learning initiatives.
  • Develop, update, and deliver engaging training materials.
  • Conduct needs analysis and performance-based refreshers.
  • Track progress and provide learning reports.
