Position Overview:

The Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and safety. This role ensures efficient, accurate, and timely handling of goods while managing warehouse staff and maintaining compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and maintain up-to-date stock control systems.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment processes to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement warehouse operational systems, procedures, and workflows.
  • Schedule, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maximize productivity and maintain safety.
  • Ensure maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Oversee logistics and communicate with transport partners to manage shipment schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities including stock levels, shipping, and receiving.
  • Enforce health, safety, and security regulations to create a safe working environment.
  • Monitor performance metrics and develop actionable plans based on analysis.
  • Manage warehouse budgets, control costs, and optimize space utilization.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues or incidents such as accidents or losses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with company goals.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and company policies including environmental and quality standards.
  • Handle staffing needs, including recruitment, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support emergency response and be available for out-of-hours issues as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lead and motivate large teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and on-call situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
