HR ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or related areas are an advantage.
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience in a generalist or analyst-level HR role.
  • With experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), andATS platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees and managers.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
