In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide operational support across Payroll and Total Rewards functions.
• Execute routine tasks such as data entry, audit checks, and report generation.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies.
• Maintain documentation and assist with compliance tracking.
• Support process documentation and knowledge management efforts.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration.
• Familiarity with government portals and statutory reporting tools (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
