
HR Operations Analyst

The HR Operations Analyst provides Tier 1 HR administration support to all employees in accordance with organization's procedure documents and agreed service levels with customers and stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures.
- Practice strict security compliance in handling sensitive employee information
- Process data entry with attention to quality and quantity.
- Accountable for processing all of HR operations workload.
- Consistently attain the service level set by the company.
- Maintains consistency and accuracy in updating Knowledge base, HRIS and other HRSS systems.
- Ensures that all transactions are documented and processed within the agreed timeframe.
- Updates procedures documents, process maps and works instructions regularly and comply with the document storage rules of the company.
- Develop mastery and expertise of the processes to be able to suggest improvements which leads to higher efficiency.
- Maintain a filing system to meet local and audit requirements
- Perform quarterly audit on the data integrity on Workday
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to develop and maintain strong consulting relationships with HR and business leaders
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas etc..
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of key data integrity principles with ability to foresee downstream implications
- Expert ability to analyze and summarize data and to identify key findings and related business implications
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize, plan work and meet deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism and customer focus
