Hiring Now: Customer Support Representatives (Pioneer Account – Premium)

Location: On-site | Morning Rotational Shift | Makati

Compensation Package: Up to PHP 33,000/month

We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join a pioneer team for a premium account. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a newly launched support program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related requests via voice channel.
  • Provide professional, high-quality support aligned with the client's premium service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role (BPO or non-BPO)
  • Or minimum of 3 years experience in complaint handling, retention, or sales/automotive is highly preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills
  • Amenable to work on a morning shift with a rotating schedule
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Makati
