Job Summary:

Responsible for functioning as a dedicated sales channel by acquiring new business and nurturing existing accounts, coordinating necessary administrative processes to support account onboarding and servicing, and overseeing renewal activities. The role is also expected to drive business growth through effective account management and client satisfaction, particularly within the MVP group.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Acquisition of new business and expansion of insurance coverage within assigned MVP Group accounts.

2. Promotion of Meralco Pioneer Insurance Inc. products through client presentations and proposal delivery aligned with risk appetite.

3. Coordination of proposal preparation, placement review, and internal approval processes for account coverage.

4. Negotiation of payment terms and collection of payment as agreed upon.

5. Management of client relationships, including regular engagement, query resolution, and service satisfaction.

6. Execution of renewal monitoring and introduction of cross-sell opportunities to enhance account value.

7. Monitoring of premium collections and coordination with teams to ensure timely payment and reconciliation

8. Participation in sales pipeline meetings and alignment of strategies for account development.

9. Gathering of client feedback and business intelligence to support continuous improvement and market responsiveness.

10. Preparation and submission of sales reports and performance updates for internal tracking and planning.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably business related degree

  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  3. Sales experience preferably gained in industries in which products may apply/ relate to non-life insurance, which include but are not limited to: Real Estate, Automobile, Properties, Cargo, Affinity Products

  4. Preferably knowledgeable on non-life insurance

  5. Has executive presence / sales charisma

  6. Willingness to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
