About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tagalog Account Telco Sales Representative to join our team at AUXILIA INC' in Central Cebu City Cebu. This is a full-time onsite position, offering a competitive salary of up to 24,000 per month.
What you'll be doing
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored telco sales solutions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and continuously improve processes
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Tagalog
- Proven track record in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the telco industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
