Job description:

Coffee:

  • Work closely with our roasting team and head baristas to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new coffee products, ensuring successful product launches.This includes but not limited to our coffee beans and coffee capsules.
  • Ensure timeline launch of coffee products across all relevant channels
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on customer insights and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the roasting team to ensure alignment of coffee information across all stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Manage product lifecycles, including packaging, pricing strategies, and product optimization.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
  • Lead initiatives for online and offline promotions, working with retail and e-commerce partners to drive sales.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop training materials and sales tools that support product knowledge and promotion.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, optimizing campaigns and product offerings as necessary.

Commercial & Domestic Equipment:

  • Generate leads for our brand portfolio using physical and digital channels
  • Optimise messaging, positioning, pricing to support the sales initiatives of other departments
  • Develop, plan and lead campaigns across product lifecycle, brand maturity and awareness
  • Liaise with internal departments, external partners and collaborators to ensure all brands are well represented
  • Work closely with E-commerce Manager, Domestic Sales Lead, Commercial Sales Lead to gather feedback on product movement and customer feedback.
  • Develop a feedback loops with existing customers to understand preferences, trends and new problems-to-solve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing.
  • Experience with Specialty Coffee or equipment is a plus.
  • Passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about coffee equipment and technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and internal departments
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site when needed.
