Clinical Application and Product Specialist/Sleep Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Applications and Product Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise as a Sleep Technician and a strong background in the clinical applications and operation of sleep devices and equipment. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure the effective implementation, usage, and support of our sleep devices. The Clinical Applications and Product Specialist will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, training, and clinical support, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal patient outcomes.

Job Description:

  1. Provide expert clinical support to healthcare providers, ensuring effective application and use of sleep devices and related equipment
  2. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and training to the Sales Team to ensure that they understand device features and best practices for patient care.
  3. Provide support for marketing programs, collaterals, campaigns and advertising materials. Roadshow presentations and other promotional activities.
  4. Address customer issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Assists the Sales Team in conducting promotion of respective product line
  6. Maintain deep knowledge of the company's sleep products, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest features, functionality, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree holder in Respiratory Therapy or any four- year medical or science-related course.
  2. Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year work experience as a Sleep Technician (open for fresh graduates of RT)
  3. Strong background in sleep therapy, including the assessment and management of sleep disorders such as sleep apnea.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Proficient in using various MS Office Application (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and other software such as Canva.
  6. Must be willing to travel locally and abroad
  7. Amenable to work in Makati City and can start ASAP
