
Business Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Coordinator to oversee various aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational coordination and support, respond to our distributors' inquiries and shipping arrangement.
The Business Coordinator's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Purchase Order management.
- Processing & monitoring of orders.
- Provide quotation after sourcing price and stocks.
- Process and manage distributor's orders and balances.
- Ensure all distributor inquiries (pricing, stocks, delivery schedule & shipping) are processed efficiently.
- Shipment preparation – planning of schedule and picking & packing of items.
- Provide distributor with order updates and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments.
- Prepare monthly meeting reports.
- Provide day to day support for the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or related fields.
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or order management.
- Experience in import/export business preferable.
