Job Description:

  • Liaise with the CLIENT for the day administration of Health Plan, Insurance Coverage and Dental Program of Client.

  • Report and monitor receipts of additions/ deletions, covering endorsements, billing, membership IDs from the Principals, Dependents and Extended Dependent of Client in close coordination with the company

  • File and monitor the status of claims filed for reimbursement by members after pre-adjucation of claims and completeness of claim documents in close coordination with the company

  • Immediately report to the company, and client any case needing immediate attention

  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in any business course

  • WIth atleast 1 year experience in customer service

  • HMO Coordinator experience is a plus but not required

  • Willing to start ASAP
