What is the job?

The IT Support Specialist (SaaS) is responsible for managing and supporting SaaS applications and related IT systems for a rapidly growing international SaaS provider.

Responsibilities:


• Administers SaaS apps (Zoom, Salesforce): config, access, lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, SSO

• Monitors SaaS data, usage, and licenses; enforces security, privacy, and policy compliance

• Provides macOS/Windows support (incl. executives) via ticketing; escalates as needed

• Configures and maintains laptops, peripherals, meeting rooms, and user accounts

• Manages hardware/software inventory and vendor coordination for accuracy/compliance

• Drives IT improvement projects; delivers training, documentation, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:


• Minimum of four (4) years' experience in IT support or related field.

• Administers Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint tools, and SaaS apps (Zoom, Salesforce)

• Supports macOS/Windows and executives; triages and resolves tickets via service desk

• Applies Windows Server, SQL Server, and network admin to maintain reliable systems

• Manages security controls, backups, and disaster recovery; enforces IT/IS compliance

• Solves problems proactively; owns projects end-to-end; manages tasks in fast-paced settings
