Research and Development Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO, R&D Chef, and Marketing in developing new food products.

  • Lead product testing, costing, packaging, and shelf-life trials.

  • Prepare product manuals and ensure standardization.

  • Coordinate product roll-outs and conduct interdepartmental training.

  • Support raw material testing, recipe validation, and post-launch evaluation.

  • Monitor product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology or BS Nutrition and Dietetics or BS Chemistry or other science-related courses

  • knowledgeable in basic office applications (document, spreadsheet, presentation); mastery of spreadsheet functions is a plus
