We are seeking a diligent and organized Research Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and validating data, conducting record analysis, and ensuring quality control measures are in place. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection: Gather accurate and complete data from various sources.
  • Data Validation: Utilize provided tools to ensure attributes are acceptable for processing.
  • Record Analysis: Provide detailed notation and commentary where data cannot be corroborated.
  • Quality Control: Apply best practices to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
  • Productivity: Collaborate with supervisor and team members to achieve daily targets and project objectives.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate research findings to colleagues or supervisors.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in research, data, or analytics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English language skills, written and spoken.
  • Basic computer literacy - emails, spreadsheets, search engines, data entry.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and data collection techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision when needed.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and following a methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and daily quotas.
  • High degree of integrity and respect for colleagues and company culture.
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
